KnitWit 13: Naked Sheep

Thank you for all the comments on the last podcast. Honest, I am only a little warped because of the experience. This on-line comic (http://www.choppingblock.org/) is one of my favorites probably because of that. Warning: it is only for people with a morbid sense of humor.
The babies get a hair cut. Boy, they look different. They don’t even recognize each other.
Here is a picture of Lion getting his hair cut. Doesn’t he look thrilled?Sheep Shearing

Carry,

Your last podcast WAS funny, but just in a “I am not sure I am allowed to laugh out loud” sort of way. While listening, there was this mixed feeling of concern for the child you know is going to be in for a BIG shock, and the simultaneous feeling that it is really kind of funny from this adult perspective! I also had a good chuckle trying to imagine the look on your Jewish professor’s face when presented with Easter chocolates. Once again, you could wince at the memory of what might have been considered a social gaff, but it is a sweet story after the fact.

Carry, I enjoy listening to your animal stories. I still laugh about your corny joke when people told you to trim hooves you should tip the sheep, but you weren’t sure how much to tip them! I’d noticed you only talking about Bear and Lion and I was afraid about Tiger. I went back and found a reply you made to someone’s comment that Tiger did not make it. Just wanted to say I’m really sorry. Although his life was short, it was good, because he was very much loved.

Hello, Carry,
starting with a brandnew german knitting blog, I followed the entangles pathes of the www to learn about your knitwits yesterday.
Listened to every story, enjoyed every single one of them, thanks for sharing!

So your sheep all got buzzed? Poor naked sheep.*smirk* I’ve always known that your *ahem* viewpoint was a little skewed, but then so are you. All the best people are, right?
