  2. KnitWit 14: F@#%ing Guard got dropped from the feed. We have fixed that. So if it was missing it may have just shown up in your playlist. If it did not, you can go out and get it.
  3. Next week is a knitting episode. Do you have a topic, you want to hear my opinion on? Send me an e-mail.
  4. I will be going to Maryland Sheep and Wool. I will be wearing a big flower. If you are there, come by and say ‘Hey’.

Speaking of hay, I need to get some. It is alway an adventure when I go get hay. I talk about the most resent expedition.

OOOoooo podcast suggestions…HUMmmm….
Snoods!! Where have all the snoods gone? I want one to keep my hair from blowing in my face when I am bike riding because it is impossible to put my hair up in a bun with a helmet on. *grumble-groan*
Beaded knitting! There has to me more of it…beaded knit snoods even!!

Laters!!

I forgot to tell you that your voice sounds great these last 2 episodes. Not feeling very thoughtful, so have no ideas on what you might talk about next week. Thanks for posting your dyeing instructions. There were lots of good pointers for those of us with limited-to-nonexistent counter space. Still laughing.

Hey Carry, I read through your instructions, I didn’t have any problems understanding it and it was very amusing! I need to get hay for my rabbits as well.
AND I used to have backing problems too.
Mostly I’m writing to ask if you could let the listeners know, That Nebraska is having a a Fiber Festival May 11-13 in Bellevue. Those interested in attending can contact me at the e mail address I gave you.
Thanks and love your stories!

Hey there, just want to let you know that I really enjoyed your HAY/HEY story. You brought a smile to my face on a Tuesday morning. I would like to hear your take on creative decision knitting, such as deciding to add a collar on a v neck cardigan in mid stream and what your process would be. Patterns are not mine to follow, but, just gently suggest an Ish.
Again thanks for the quality story telling and know that I enjoy it. Carry on…. No pun intended. Oh and I need more stories about dying… Colors blending and the like. Thanks.

Those poor animals you teased with the hay! It must have been just like kids who miss the ice cream truck when it goes by.

I’d love to hear advice on spinning with the intent to make yarn for a certain project (a sweater, lace, etc). Like how much you need, what technique or how many plys (plies?) work best, etc.

Hey Carry-

Hope to see you at MS&W, I’ll be there Sat. and will have a large felted flower - somewhere!?

I saw you last year with your basket, but didn’t listen to the podcast until after, so I didn’t know it was you at the time.

You had me laughing so hard with the hay story, loved it.

Thanks, Anne

My 16 year old daughter is still learning to drive so this post amused me very much!
