My ipod died so I am catching up on a few podcasts now that I have a new one. Love the new episodes! That sweater is very '80s but then so is a lot of what I see in the current fashion mags! I'm reminded of my first sweater- pale blue, acrylic fake mohair bulky yarn, garter stitch. UGH. Yours is nicer! And you have a nice sister too :-).

carry, i just wanted to let you know how much i love your podcast. i just left you a review on itunes. i loved listening to this story about your trip to the yarn shop. i was on *my* way to my lys as i listened. i think i even got a little teary-eyed. how sweet of your sister to get you such a special gift. & you're right! that sweater is *very* dated, but it looks like it's well made. :-) luv ya!

You have one heck of a sister! Actually that sweater would do well in this last issue of Vogue Knitting!!!

Ah yes, Tank! I loved Tank, esp the airplanes where you could be one big bomber or three little planes.

I have been wanting to leave you a comment for some time now. I was just wanting to thank you for putting out such a great podcast. I just recently found it on itunes less than a year ago when I started to teach myself how to knit and I have to admit that it is my absolute favorite. You are such a great storyteller, you can talk about watching water boiling and you could probably find how to make it interesting and say something witty to say about it. Thank you.
