Update on Damsel.

She went to the vet and got she last shots and de-wormed.

She is doing very well. We are slowly getting her introduced to the rest of the family.

Today I tell a story about my experience in the girl scouts.

What do you think? Where they are drugs or what?

I think your scout leaders where taking great drugs!!!!

I’ve worked with reptiles before and with kids, and I’m sure Charlie was perfectly safe if you stayed away from his ‘business end’. He’s probably used to such things and very well fed. See what a positive impact he had on you though?

The Cannibal was great too, because you learned first hand about another culture that was WAY different then yours. I think that’s a very cool lesson about learning about others before you make a judgment on them!

Oh, can they do anything to help Damsel’s leg? Or are they waiting until she feels better from her accident?

Damsel’s leg is as it will be. They can’t do any think about it other than amputate it. Since she used the leg, I don’t think that will be necessary.

You know Sis, Charlie was so surrounded by all of us he couldn’t even move much less wrap around any of us. I have a picture of that some where, I’ll have to track it down. By the by, I’m caught up again.
Everyone out there, if you think its great hearing Carry tell stories, you should watch her when she tells a story; she’s extremely animated. Pass out hug, kisses and nose rubs to everyone for me.Love you Sis, Laura

I remember encountering a big snake like that once at some party thing I was working at (as a kid performer) and I was terrified – he was about 7′ long, and laying against the wall under a window – there were other animals around, petrified that this snake was in the room… they were scared… and all I could think was that any second, one of them were gonna be food! – thanks for dredging up all those memories for me…. and thank you for saving that baby kitty soul… give her a kiss for me :)

I had to write and tell you that I listened to this podcast today and when it got to the part where you were talking about the Girl Scouts and you said, “What the FUCK were they thinking?”, I laughed SO loud at my desk (I’m at work). I love how you tell an innocent Girl Scout story and then bust out with the “F” bomb!! I get such a kick out of you and your stories. Glad to hear that Damsel is working her way to health … she sure is cute!!
