The dog is too smart for her own good and needs an environment where she can be kept constantly employed. I'm picturing her watching you set up the fence etc. and then waiting for you to leave so she can undo all your work. She is positively Machiavelian. Her behaviour must be so frustrating for you and you don't need your neighbors filing lawsuits. Good luck and keep up the wonderful podcasts. I listen to every one.
