KnitWit 135: Bit and Pieces

Filed under: podcast — Autumn Breeze at 9:13 pm on Sunday, August 31, 2008

Today, I answer some questions I received about various fiber related topics.

I also propose a new direction for the fiber shows.

There are so many knitting techniques out there that I have dappled in.  Would you be interested in learning more about them?

The list I have so far is:

  • Intarsia
  • Fair Isle
  • Entralac
  • Cables
  • Lace
  • Swiss Darning
  • Twined
  • Double
  • Gansey
  • Mosaic
  • Shadow

If there is something missing, and I am sure there is, let me know.  It will be added to the list.

I’d love to hear about all of those topics, I’ve done entralac, cables and lace but there’s always more to know.

Thanks for putting on such a great podcast!

I’d like to hear about ganseys and tvaendstickning (aka twined knitting). Oh, and lace too. Luv your podcast and stories about the kitties
